In this capacity she provides leadership, direction, training and company policy for our MaritimeLicensing.com employees. On October 2, 2007 Norleen retired as the Assistant Branch Chief, US Coast Guard Regional Exam Center, Seattle. Her experience regulating the maritime industry spans 22 years. "Hello, my name is Norleen and I have spent many years working across the Government counter from you. I worked long and hard to attain the position of Assistant Chief of Licensing, including working at the Seattle Regional Exam Center for 22 years. I have a total of 33 years of federal service. I started this business to correct some of the communication problems between the Government and the mariner that I witnessed during my career. I hope to provide those who wish to advance your careers, a source of information that will allow you do so with maximum efficiency.
